Pen & Ink Sketch & Self-Cleaning Cats
I was trying to get some quick pen & ink sketches of my cat for a collage. Being the true cat she is, she took that moment to clean herself in ways only dogs and cats can.

Sitting on the floor with a pen holder and knib, a bottle of ink, and a sketchpad while grumbling at the cat aroused the curiosity of my kids and their playmates. Not wanting to let an opportunity go to waste, I quickly had willing models for my sketching.
This was the third and I'm most pleased with. It only took about 5-7 minutes and really captures the bored, pouty look of my youngest child.
I'll do you all a favor and not post the sketch of my cat.
